Call for Papers

In this workshop, we aim to bring together a multidisciplinary, diverse team of researchers from information retrievall, NLP and LLM. We welcome research contributions related to the following (but not limited to) topics:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) for categorizing scholarly publications
  • Representation learning and language modeling
  • Information extraction and NER
  • Document understanding
  • Summarization and generation
  • Use of Knowledge Graph in organizing scholarly database
  • Question-answering
  • Discourse modeling/argumentation mining
  • Network analysis
  • Bibliometrics, scientometrics, and altmetrics
  • Reproducibility and research integrity, including new challenges posed by generative AI
  • Peer review tools, principles and technology
  • Metadata and indexing
  • Inclusion of datasets and computational resources
  • Research infrastructures and digital libraries
  • Increasing the representation in scholarly work of disadvantaged populations
  • LLM-based interfaces to consume/produce scholarly documents
  • Impact of scholarly communication on popular discourse
  • Use of scholarly publication in spreading false information
Submission Guidelines: Submissions must be written in English, in CEUR-WS (Single-column) format and must adhere to the CEUR WS submission policies We welcome researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to submit Position Paper/Extended Abstract: Paper up to 2 pages including appendix and references
Authorship.Papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Please remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, etc. from the paper. Remove personal acknowledgments.
Reviewing. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. The review process will be double-blind.
Presentation. All accepted papers will be presented as oral presentations, and some will be selected for posters depending on schedule constraints.
